Won’ t recommend. Very bad customer service and awfully greasy food. They served first to 2 other Chinese-speaking customers even if I was their first customer of the day. They’re supposed to open at 10:30. I was there 10:54 (as I had a flight to catch and this restaurant is a couple of minutes away on foot from my son’s condo, who I was visiting). The cashier said we’re not open yet. I responded it’s ok, I can wait until 11. So I placed my order & there were 3 other Chinese women after me. I waited for about 30 minutes because they served the 2 others who came later! What a poor customer service & food was really swimming in oil. No thanks! Please go somewhere else that serves healthy dishes and where service is good. There are other restaurants nearby that are surely a lot better! Only positive thing was the outdoor seating where I enjoyed the lovely California weather!
The food is very OK, service is average, and atmosphere is bad. I do not suggest getting any of the fried rice as it is seriously lacking flavor. Maybe just adding salt or MSG would make this decent, but unfortunately, it was not good. The liang pi was decent. These spicy cold noodles had OK flavor, however, the main issue was that the noodles were all stuck together into one big ball. Especially in the places in New York, these noodles are always separated and completely covered in sauce. Unfortunately, this is not the case here. Additionally, for the price, I would expect for some type of protein to be added to the dish such as wheat gluten. Service is average. It took staff a little bit of time to come to the front to take the order. Atmosphere is bad. You will see boxes and cleaning supplies and other items just stored along the wall of the restaurant. Seating is OK, parking is hard to find.
affordable, tasty, and shareable portions! my friends and i got 3 dishes to share and it was under $20 per person. we got rice with our non-soup entree too without an extra cost!
The good: they give you a lot of food and don’t try to guilt you into tipping like other places. You do bus your own food. The food is good. Not the absolute best, but good. Not much ambiance.
We do love this place. So delicious. Usually, we go with orange chicken and shrimp cho main. Also, the staff are so kind and friendly. Definitely will come back
Low key noodle joint... very delicious! Worth the trip to get authentic Chinese soup/noodles.
Very good authentic Chinese food, love the spicy noodles, good customer service. Recommend.
Came for a Saturday lunch. There is a free parking structure nearby. Ordered Vietnamese Chicken Noodle Soup, hot broth and generous portion with reasonable price. Dry miced pork noodle is also good.
